Which payment methods are accepted?
London Mac Store accept all major bank and credit card payments and direct bank transfer payments. Payments are completed via the secure WorldPay Electronic payment portal. We use BAN Payments methods as it is one of the most trusted and secure payment methods that accepts multiple currencies whilst Santander also provides additional protection to our customers.Our payment processing systems are compliant with PCI DSS industry security standards.
Is my payment secure?
All payments made to London Mac Store are completely secure. Your card payment will be processed by your Bank and PayPal,  giving you complete control and security, Our website Secure Hosting offers the absolute most stringent online security. When you make your payment using the you Direct Transfer from your account into London Mac Store Account interface you will notice that the web browser address will change to HTTPS or a padlock icon in the URL, ensuring our customers are safe from fraud and identity theft.
How do I know whether my payment has been successful?
You will get a confirmation message on your screen once your payment has been processed, as well as a confirmation via email. If you are unsure whether your payment has been successful, you can contact our support team at support@londonmacs.co.uk or finance@londonmacs.co.uk
I'm having trouble with the website; can I order over the phone?
Yes, we are able to take payments over the phone, please call London Mac Store on (number will be updated on the 20th December 2016.)  These payments are protected by and offer electronic verification acceptances and completed via our WorldPay portal.
Will London Mac Store be able to view my card details?
No. At no time will London Mac Store have any record of your card details. When you enter your card details to pay London Mac Store, you will be submitting the details via the PayPal website,you can verify this information by contacting your bank.
How long does delivery normally take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 7-14 working days. (90% of orders are currently being dispatched within 3 working days).
Delivery Charges: How much does delivery cost?

Each product will have a selection of delivery services; this is because items of higher weight and size can cost more to ship. Here are the following choices and their charges. Not all the following services listed will be available on every product.

These prices are applicable to mainland United Kingdom only; please add an additional £12 for UK highlands and islands.

Will I need to be in to accept delivery?
In order to complete the tracking, all of our items require a signature upon delivery.

Larger and high value items, such as computers, are likely to be delivered between 9AM and 5:30PM on any business day, unless Saturday delivery has been selected.

Once we have dispatched the item, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking deals. This will give you a good idea of when your item is likely to arrive.

*Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and that the emails are not redirected to your spam folder.

My item hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
It is important to check the estimate delivery time’s page; this will give you a good indication of the delivery time frame. Items shouldn’t really ever arrive later than 14 days.(Again, 90% of deliveries take place within 3 to 5 days.)

Have you received a dispatch notification from us? If yes, use the tracking details in the email to track your delivery.

If items go missing in transit we will issue you a full refund or a replacement product.

How do I return my item?
If you have decided that you would like to return your item, you will need to contact us by e-mail.We suggest you review the Terms and Conditions Page

You will need to complete our returns form and state the reason for your return.

Once this has been approved the item can then be returned in the original packaging to our warehouse in South London using a reputable courier.

You must have a proof of postage and/or tracking number for the item being returned.

Once we have received your item, and if all the conditions set out in the London Mac Store returns policy are met, we will issue a refund to the value of the item.

How will I know you have received my returned item?
The London Mac Store Support Team will let you know via email once a returned item has arrived at our warehouse.

Please note it will take a few days for returns to reach us and be processed. If you’ve sent a return to London Mac Store and haven’t received any confirmation after 14 days, please call us on 0208-613-6965

My item arrived damaged
All items are inspected before they are dispatched. We do accept that some items can occasionally become physically damaged during transit.

It is important that you let us know right away if there is any damage on the item as we can take this up with the courier. Please promptly e-mail us at support@londonmacs.co.uk to inform us of any physical damage to your item.

*Customers must always thoroughly check that the item is in visibly good condition before signing with the courier to accept the delivery.

When you sign with the courier, you are accepting that the item is in “good condition.” This voids any insurance we take out on our items. This makes it impossible for us to claim for any damage with the courier.

If you have spotted any physical damage on your item that wasn’t listed on the item description, please tell the driver, and make sure you write “damaged” in the signature box.

How long do refunds take to process?
Once the returned item has arrived with us we will take up to 7 -10 working days to authorise the refund.

The arrival time of your refund in your bank account depends on the banks clearing times. We ask you to allow up to 14 working days for clearance of the refund into your bank, although sometimes it can be instant.

*All the conditions set out in the London Mac Store returns policy must have been met in order for us to process a refund.
